Three new office buildings are planned on the two acre site at 220 Broomielaw. A new public space will also be created between the buildings, with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Together, the three buildings will provide more than 380,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. The positions of the three buildings have been cleverly planned to offer unrivalled views along the Clyde, with the buildings rising in height as they move away from the river.

Planning approval has been granted and the site has been cleared and prepared. The project as a whole will be built on a phased basis over 3-5 years.
