BAM Properties has been outlining its proposed vision for one of Glasgow's landmark buildings, 110 Queen Street, which it recently acquired.

The company is currently engaged in a consultation process, prior to lodging a forward planning application, at the end of the summer.

Situated in the heart of the city centre, opposite the Gallery of Modern Art, 110 Queen Street occupies a prominent position on the corner of Queen Street and Ingram Street. It is proposed to transform the site by demolishing the existing building and creating a mixed used development offering retail and office space, totalling an impressive 225,000 sq ft.
