Collegelands is a vibrant new quarter being created in the east of Glasgow city centre, adjacent to High Street and Duke Street. The development will provide energy efficient buildings in low density surroundings, incorporating generous landscaping and water features. These features will add vitality to the development and will provide a working and living environment with all the benefits of the city centre - but without the stress.
The buildings will acknowledge Glasgow's past but will look to the future and offer high specification space, designed to appeal to the needs of the modern occupier.
