Plans have been unveiled for a new £20m hotel and shopping development on West George Street, opposite Queen Street Rail Station. Proposals include a 120 room aparthotel with more than 2,000ft² of retail space on the ground and mezzanine level.
A pre-application public consultation has taken place with planning application submitted for local authority approval.
