Planning consent has been obtained for a four star boutique hotel in the heart of the Merchant City, situated in Ingram Street opposite the Ramshorn Theatre. The 6-storey hotel has been designed by the award winning Alan Murray Architects of Edinburgh and it is a modern building incorporating stone and glass facades.
The complex will include approximately 280 bedrooms with complementary ground floor retail uses.
